Now, after more than 4 years, the company’s recognition has grown hugely with consumers and from strength to strength with dealers despite fundamental changes in the UK forecourt market.

In 2023, the St Peters Service Station retail business was bought by S.A.M Retail Group Ltd to the fast growing, independent forecourt operator Motor Fuel Group (MFG) - the number one independent fuel retailer in the UK.

In addition to the Murco dealer network, MFG has around 900 company stations throughout the UK, operating under the leading fossil fuel brands and their fast growing EV Power brand and all with an attractive, competitive and expanding forecourt shop offer under one of the following leading convenience and ‘food to go’ brands including Londis, Budgens, Subway, Greggs and Costa.
